I wanna start off by saying our waitress outside on the deck was awesome and handled a ton of tables on her own! Our drinks & app were good but we ordered a medium rare prime rib for an entree & were given one that was well done (pic for reference) We didn’t ask for a new one because we had been there so long we just wanted to leave. Expect long wait times, our waitress had a ton of tables and was great so no blame on her but the short staff definitely seems to be an issue.

Nice views very good food. Just different from the one I visited in San Antonio. The waitress wasn't warm and as friendly, as what I am use too at an expensive restaurant as the Chart House.

The food was great, good vibe,weather was a little better.
How bout putting Vegan selections on the Menu, My son ordered all sizes, Pasta, Sticky Rice and Brocolli.
Just a thought because Vegan is so popular now days.????

This location is absolutely outstanding. The server was friendly and funny as well. The scenery both inside the restaurant and outside is amazing. Our party ordered assorted steaks, and all were delicious. Most were cooked perfectly, however one was a little undercooked. The problem was fixed courteously and in a timely manner. Drinks were also refilled quickly, however wait time for the food itself could be a little better. We didn't mind as we were in good company and the restaurant has great ambiance. This is a fine dining experience, so expect the bill to be a little higher. However it is fully worth it, and they have a wide variety of menu items to back it up.

The service from Andrew was fantastic and the food so tasty! There was a little hiccup getting drinks but Andrew knew how to take care of it and kept us in the loop. We were able to enjoy drinks and dinner with an amazing view and superb service. Thank you Andrew for a great night and Chart House for a tasty menu.

Went for happy hour - has outdated 1990s cruise ship vibes. If you go for happy hour the burger and prime rib sliders and the firecracker shrimp and fried avocado are pretty good. Pass on the fried deviled eggs. Was surprised to find a dining establishment with $40+ entrees doesn't have locks on bathroom stalls, no toilet paper, and no paper towels (not even at opening) nor hand driers to dry your hands -- especially amidst COVID-19. Bring your own!

This was our first time in this location. I had a fantastic time for my birthday in 2019 at the NJ location, and last night in this Philadephia location was just as magical. Our server was professional and so down to earth at the same time. The view of the harbor was beautiful, the food was so good. I truly enjoyed my birthday last night, and would recommend anyone to come here.

Waitress was lovely, service was quick and efficient. View was amazing. Food was lacking. Unfortunately they were short staffed, but, the waitress did great at waiting tables and bartending.

I would rate 2.5 I can't so I round it up. We went there for my birthday was put in a seat with a nice view very but around a loud large party. The food was okay. It wasn't bad but wasn't the best it all took very long to come out even a soup and salad and it wasn't not busy while we were there. The server was not very attentive. Wasn't the worst experience I've had but definitely sub-par to a 5 star restaurant which I would have considered Chat House, until lastnight.
