i went there on Thursday at 7, there wasn’t a lot of people at that time, I’ve met couple of people there and theu told that they get overcrowded on the weekends, they also mentioned that (this is the best square pizza in philly.) I had the circle pie, The cheese was great, the dough is light and have some crisp on the bottom which I like, and about the thickness factor, it was thin but not that thin. I like the tomato sauce but the garlic was overpowering. Over all it’s one of Philly’s best pies!
Delicious, no fuss pizza made with fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. They are the best pizza place in the area. I know that their prices are on the upper end, but the quality in food, service and efficiency is worth it.
I recommend ordering ahead online, as the pizza sells out quick.
7/14/22 updates: Their renovations are almost complete and will be offering additional items like cheese steaks which were bomb (was lucky enough to test some during a special sale). Can't wait till they are fully operational. I'd rank C&S up there with JRP and Angelo's.

Wow. I forgot this place is my neighbor and I walked by, placed an order it was ready in a perfect 45 min. We thought the box looked small. But boy did it fill us up! I cannot wait 5 more weeks until re open and a larger menu!!! Honestly top 3 fav pizzas in fishtown. Able to personalize with awesome ingredients and add ons and just cooked to perfection.. can’t wait to try more!

Top tier Philly Pizza. Can’t decide if the square or circle is better.. Gutt’s dough recipe changed my life in ways I cannot describe

The pepperoni has a delicious kick of spiciness, as did the chicken Alfredo pizza (with spinach and pickled peppers.) The dough is delicious.

We got a square and a circle pizza to go. Since a pizza has to be eaten while hot, and takeout is the only option, we ate our pizzas on the trunk of our car, right outside of the pizzeria.
The circle pizza had a wonderful, bold tasting sauce, complemented with a nice blend of cheese! Very easy to eat! The crust was very crisp throughout the entire slice, which is a rarity these days! A great pizza all around! I definitely enjoyed the circle pie, and although a pit pricey, I would absolutely go back for another!
The square pie was a lot smaller than the round pie (only six slices). It is also a deep dish pizza, which although I usually stay away from, I'm glad I didn't in this case. Like the circle pie, the sauce on the square pie was extremely full of flavor, but seemed to have a bit more garlic. I thought there was a little too much cheese, as the square pie was a tad on the greasy side. However, it was still better than a lot of the traditional pizzas I've had!
Circle and Squares is definitely a unique neighborhood pizza place, but fantastic none the less! The pizza is on the expensive side, but worth it I'm my opinion! Absolutely give this place a try!!

There are a lot of Detroit joints these days but this is the best that I've had. What I love about it is that as much as it looks like a super heavy deep dish pie, the base dough is actually quite light and airy and because that's about 2/3 of the bite it's actually pleasant to eat, unlike the aforementioned Chicago monstrosity. The cheese that caramelizes around the edges also adds additional texture and tastes like those addictive parmesan sticks you eat around the holidays. I don't think they have a phone, and on the night we visited we were there 20 minutes before open and there were about 8 other people in front of us already. I guess the word is out! Half anchovy, half pepperoni pie shown in picture; highly recommended.

One square with sausage, one round with pepperoni. Excellent dough underlies these pies, great char, evened out with nicely tart and savory tomato sauce. Excellent pies without a doubt. Ordering is a bit hectic, but for early days just fine for those with normal adult levels of patience.
