So delicious. Wide selection to pick from and a friendly staff. Their fried plantains are a perfect dessert to a great meal. The rice and beans were so tasty.

I've been going to this restaurant since it opened. They had some renovations done recently and ever since trying to call in an order for pickup has been ridiculous. The lady says no I must come in to store. Or they too busy to do delivery too. I don't mind picking up my order but I'm not going to come to store to wait on line in store then to wait another 20-25minutes for my order to be ready. If I was ordering pickup for something they had out in the food stand already would be different but I never order from that food. Really disappointed in the service we have been getting recently. Either hire new staff to replace the grumpy ones there now or hire more staff to help out. Management needs to get on top of this now. You're going to be losing money if you're not taking phone orders for pickup or delivery.

Good food just don't expect to get served by a waiter or waitress anytime soon. The family and I sat there for about 15 mins and nobody came to serve us. So we took food to go from the front display.

The food is great. To me it tastes like my Mom's cooking. The staff is efficient and very fast. The place gets pack so u have to wait a few minutes on line.

Normally the food is amazing! but something changed! either they got a new cook or the management has changed, I’m not sure what it is? The food doesn’t taste the same :( which is unfortunate because it’s was the best spot in the Bronx In my opinion. It appears to be under construction for the past six months the employees don’t even look clean. Something is definitely wrong…. Hopefully they get themselves together and the food back to the original quality food that we used to get here. It’s in the color and texture of the food in the hot trays looked off.

I was very upset that I can't you the bathroom. Again I am not a bum. I am a former elementary teacher, who did like to eat there. I was going order food after I use the bathroom. I expain that to him and others was just listening. I am a senior citizen who had to go to the bathroom. The older cashier is very rid and needs to learn better customer services skill, especially, if you want your customers to come back. I did 35 years of customers service and never once refuse people especially, an elderly person from using rest room.. I am not coming back there.

I love the food here, my mother and I have been coming for years. She sadly now has dementia and her memory is fading. Yet, whenever I bring her food from here she lights up. This place is imprinted in her memory.

The food is good but the way to order is confusing and unorganized on top of that they mix utensils when serving food. I've seen it happen 4 times they mix the fish utensils and pick up chicken or plantains and each time I have to tell them nevermind the food for myself and I just get everyone else's order in my family.

This place was great but their delivery man is a thief. BEWARE!!! If you use a card when getting a delivery, he will CHANGE the tip. He changed it and added over $12 which became a total of $50ish charge to my bank. Never again.
