We found this diner after a quick "diner near me" Google search, and were so pleasantly surprised by the food and the service that we made it our breakfast spot for the duration of our NYC visit! We loved the old-school diner feel, and the staff and Manager were very attentive and friendly. And we've been back home for a week now, and I'm still thinking about their deicious pancakes!

So let me tell you. Family and I ate breakfast here the whole time we were in NY. We stayed right across the st. If you get a chance, try it. You will not be disappointed. Their breakfast sausage and waffles are the best. I wanted to try everything on the menu but didn't have enough time to do so while visiting. Maybe next time. Have fun. And staff are all amazing!

Food was delicious! Staff very friendly. We had huevos rancheros, smoked salmon omelette and the Mexican omelette. Will definitely come back

I love how you can find tiny little gems from way back when in New York. The comfort diner serves a whole lot of really well made dishes with great service and atmosphere.
It felt like dining at a film set from the 80s, but with a slightly more modern take on food options.

Great place to get a late morning breakfast! The servers were so nice and kept my coffee mug full at all times. It was kinda busy, but the food arrived fast!

Great little place. Easy to get to. Service was excellent. The food was great. Prices are reasonable. Vaccination card and ID needed for dine-in service. I had the BBC omelette. The iced tea was also very fresh.

A typical US diner. Somettimes loud but great.
Endless coffee.

Amazing chicken wings (real spicy) and the hamburger was incredible! That meat was one of the best I have tried!!! Recommend!!!

Delicious! We ordered the lumberjack subbed out the pancakes for waffle + added fruit, and a side of grits. Our service was great, awesome atmosphere and the food hit the perfect spot for some good old fashioned home cooked feelings. You won’t be disappointed!
