Food was really good. Had eggs, bacon, and home fries. All were cooked perfectly and service was very fast given that the place was packed. Would definitely come again if in the area.

Benefits - It's a great upper east side staple spot for good diner food. I use to live in the city prior to COVID and loved this spot. It's a little small so it's best to go early if you are looking to grab a table. You may have to wait a bit, but the tables do go quickly
I took two stars away since it does appear that management and staff have changed. I visited last week with my family and we observed staff fighting (verbally) near the kitchen. One waiter as well has the social skills of a rock. Other than that - food is solid as I said before if you want to give it a go

The classic diner experience is quickly fading away. If you're looking for the old school 24hr diner, where you know you will leave satisfied and happy then Ritz is one of the few places left to go on the city. They have ample outdoor seating if you don't feel comfortable eating indoors. My tip, try an omelette they're great!

We had a great experience, the waiter very nice guy, I wish I can remember his name. Very friendly and attentive. Food was really good. Only bad thing about the diner is the restroom very narrow, thankfully I am not a bigger person, we made it my son and I. Every else is good.

Weird photo is from the Ritz Diner, did the Guys and Dolls 'tour' in NYC after doing a platelet donation. Honestly don't remember where these shots were taken, wife took the Ritz Diner photos. I had a ???? with Russian dressing and fries.

This is what I mean by diner! This was absolutely great food and dig the vibe. Really great. I had the German breakfast that revived me completely. My fiancée seems to be almost in a good mood after her breakfast burrito. Very safe call if you have a hungry lady around.

warm friendly staff, wide selection on the menu and their (fries/ onion rings/ sweet potato fries) are so good!! everything u would love in a diner experience. its bustling all times of the day - opens 24hrs. Definitely one of the better diners in the city.

We've been there almost every day during our stay in New York. Our hotel was just 1 block away in 62nd street so this diner was our first choice. The prices are fair and the meals are very delicious
Big plates with lots of delicious stuff on it. Traditional american diner. Clean, friendly staff and open 24/7.
We enjoyed it every time. We had break fast, lunch and dinner over there and I can say u can't go wrong with anything u pick to eat ????????????.
