Terrible experience. We had to order and pay upfront before being seated to dine in. I had to look at the menu and order my food while standing. They didn't have some food items on the menu. They don't accept swiping credit cards, only credit cards that have a chip.
Once seated, my younger daughter screamed because a smashed dead fly was on her napkin. My older daughter lifted her napkin and it was dirty with curry sauce on the other side of it. Once the food came out, my older daughter saw hair in her food.
I decided not to eat, but my kids did (they were hungry) and said the food was okay. They had the oxtail and fried shrimp.
This was a very awkward experience. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to this place for yearsss since 2015 and Today I decided to order my usual oxtails and I’m so disappointed the food wasn’t good! my oxtails was dry and tough, the candied yams wasn’t fully cooked. I can’t believe this I don’t know if theirs a new cook but it doesn’t taste the same. I had to throw my food away ($21) smh yeah I won’t be going back SORRY NOT SORRY ????????

Really came threw. Highly recommended. The oxtails are soooo good and the yamsss baby… the yamsssss ????I double up everytime. Today he definitely hooked me up. Big up the place ????????????????thank you ♥️

This little place didn't look the best but dont judge a book by it's cover because when I tell you that the curry chicken was slamming. It was so good. I love this place. No dine in though my boyfriend had oxtails and he loved it. ????

Came to NYC to visit family, tried this spot, best ox tail I've ever had hands down. Will be back next time we're in town. Also catered to my vegan sister, she can't wait to bring her friends!

The food here is amazing. Since we came after the lunch rush, he took his time to give us recommendations based on what would pair well together. The portions were large enough for lunch and dinner for two people.

plentiful portions. delicious veggie roti with plantains , cabbage, callaloo. 4 stars bc they got my order first time around wrong. lesson learned confirm what you order.
but other than that , cannot wait to try more
