Found this place coincidentally and we were so glad we did. Don’t hesitate to stop by here if you’re in Chinatown and want to switch it up with some real Latin Food. No need to travel to the heights anymore to get amazing Dominican food! Trust. This little spot has amazing-tasting mofongo, better than any mofongo I have ever had. The staff, service and prices are excellent too. Run, don’t walk to El Sitio!

Great neighborhood spot! The lunch special is where it’s at. Good portion and flavor on the meat and the rice. Pork is great and oxtail is great too. Staff is friendly and the dining room has good aesthetics.

I was expecting delicious food but instead got the most bland, tasteless rice and beans. We wanted to order from the menu but they didn’t have anything on the menu. Instead they had a choice from chicken, skirt steak and seafood. We opted for boneless chicken and a skirt steak. The fried chicken looked strange but I admit was very tasty. This was probably the only item worth eating. The skirt steak was not seasoned at all. It was terrible! The tostones weren’t doubled fried so they were soft and starchy. The white rice was too soft - I mean how does a Latin@ ruin white Spanish rice? I didn’t think it was possible but this place proved me wrong. Overall a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Walked in and was greeted immediately.
I sat down and was brought a glass of water. Deciding on what to eat was difficult do to the variety of choices. I chose the pernil with yellow rice and pinto beans, to drink i chose the passion fruit homemade drink. The rice was very good, the beans was flavorful. The pernil was amazing. Very flavorful juicy with a piece of the crispy skin amazing. The atmosphere was nice. The music was good not too loud, the waitress would check and see how i was doing. Cleannenecs was very good up to standard. For a Spanish restaurant i would definitely recommend and will come back.

El Sitio changed my life. The day after I first had the mofongo everything started going extremely well for me. I got a new amazing job, met my wife and won the lottery. I am forever grateful for your delicious mofongos.

Beautiful delicious food. The restaurant has great visual atmosphere , friendly staff and owners , amazing and fresh food. The perfect date night or Lunch spot . The food is fresh and amazing! Definetly gained a regular customer in me!

Super tasty. Best ribs I had in a long time. Their portions are generous and the staff is friendly. Delicious and something different in Chinatown. Strongly recommended.

Good food, portions were generous. Unfortunately they didn't have some of the drink and food options available but it was also later in the evening. The staff were friendly and able to answer questions about the food and menu. Definitely a different experience of food in the area well worth the visit.
