Great restaurant. Food was pretty good especially the pizza. The fries taste oddly like McDonald’s French fries respectfully.

Cauliflower is a must try.
The salmon tartare used to be much better than the current one. It needs to improve since it does not have any flavor. However, the crackers are good and is well cut.
Rigatoni, hummus and pizzas are excellent.
Drinks and Service is excellent as always.

Incredible. Food was exceptional. Stayed at the Hyatt for a few days and ate several meals here - all very good. Oscar was great, and we really liked Matty; she was personable and helped us decide on a couple dishes. Thanks! I would return to Bowery Road even if I am not staying at the Hyatt - the food, ambiance, and the staff are all top notch.

Good food, I wouldn’t say that it was anything out of the ordinary but it was tasty. The prices are a little high but that definitely has to do with the area that the restaurant is located and the convenience to the hotel it is attached to. Great industrial vibe with low light and staff is friendly.

We were seated at a table next to the doors while it was sub-freezing outside. The wait staff refused to move us to another table. I would understand if the place is busy, but the restaurant was 70% empty. We had to leave without finishing our entire meal as it was very difficult to sit there with sub freezing temperatures outside. When we said this will go in the review, they agreed to move us in 20 minutes while the restaurant was still 70% empty, in that moment. Didn't understand why we should bear another 20 minutes torture.

We had the roasted cauliflower and zuchinni chip appetizers both of which were amazing and enough to justify a return trip. The entrees that followed were also delightful. Nice minimalist menu with great choices. Staff was wonderful too. Oh, we also sampled a seasonal cocktail, yummy.

We had visited this place for Thanksgiving dinner. They had a great option of a 3-course meal for dinner however they had a shortage of desserts.

Restaurant with an good atmosphere in Union square. Foods were all good in American style and very reasonable price.

Yes it's at the Hyatt but no it doesn't mean the restaurant is a touristy spot. The food was delicious. We had the Thanksgiving menu and it was perfect. The brisket was ridiculously well prepared with vegetables and awesome seasoning. The appetizers were super fresh and tasty. The desserts were simple but very tasty.
