The menu includes good options and I have eaten here several times. I find that service can be hit or miss. Either the bartender is extremely attentive or nowhere to be found. This time they were initially attentive, but when the food took too long to come out, she was nowhere to be found. No update and no service after the food was dropped. Very disappointing to a Nordstrom loyalist.
My salmon salad was very overly dressed and soggy. The herb crusted salmon filet was good. The steak salad was consistently good as I have had it twice.

The food was phenomenal. I went on bingo night and had a blast. I won a round, and the pasta was so delicious. The manager Eric made sure everything was perfect. Will absolutely be back.

Haing been to this restaurant many times before, the food, service and wines here never disappoint; and this time it was no exception. If you want light, flavorful, quick-serving brunch/lunch, this is the place to go. Simple food and wine menu, but well prepared and tasted good.
One recommendation is that the menu could use some periodical update with new or seasonal dishes. That would be more interesting.

I had lunch at Bistro Verde yesterday afternoon on July 4th. The weather was perfect and I noticed they had opened an outdoor terrace. I asked to be seated outside. It was quite enjoyable, I must say. The waiter was pleasant and prompt, and went over the menu with me in depth. I will say that they could invest in outdoor umbrellas and more foliage to make it a bit more cozy.
I settled on the Rigatoni & Chicken Sausage, which was perfectly seasoned and not overly spicy. The garlic bread that came with it was delicious as well. I always enjoy coming to Nordstrom do dine at their restaurants because the food is always delicious and the staff is always so pleasant. I remember conversing with the manager of the restaurant one time, and I complimented him on the staff. He then told me that his main focus was to hire ”great people”. That always stuck with me because they have been trained well and are an asset to Bistro Verde.

Bistro verde is a perfect spot to take a little gourmet break from work or shopping, not my first time here but the service is great and makes you want to back again and again without mentioning that the food is delicious.

Thankfully the restaurant was quiet. I was ravenous!
Being from upstate New York, and used to inexpensive restaurants, I wanted this to be a treat, and it was! The Bolognese was delicious, a little too spicy, and the meatballs were heavenly! Very light, tasty. Service was good, waitress was friendly, prompt, and hostess was wonderful as well.
Definitely recommend!

Fantastic restaurant in my favorite store to shop. Customer service always top notch. This restaurant has wonderful menu, reasonable prices. Service very quick as well.
