We decided to try our luck and try walking in without a reservation. To our surprise there was no wait and the waiters were so attentive in making sure we liked our table.
We had the fried artichoke, the fire roasted eggplant mezze (comes with WARM bread) and the shakshuka. Everything was so tasty, we split everything for two people and it was the perfect amount.
All in all, I would DEF come back and order more mezzes and entrees. They had so much flavour. The shakshuka was good too but -personally- needed a bit more salt so I wouldn’t necessarily order that next time.

The restaurant is beautiful, service is prompt and kind, too many servers took care of us, and we didn’t get our complete order, which is fine, because I was not hungry: didn’t get refill on our drinks, and was asked too many times how everything was… (Not excellent)
We went for the experience and to enjoy family dinner…. We’re disappointed because the pricing of the food, doesn’t reflect the quality I expected, nor the quantity as an example- DUCK SCHWARMA, now: 4pc of duck…. What a disappointment! Not worth the $38
Mediterranean food dictates… too much salt used in almost all the dishes. ( Mediterranean food is plentiful, fresh and not salty)
I would have gave it five stars, but: the restaurant is so LOUD, feeling like I was eating on a club dance floor… for a matter of fact, we had skipped desserts, and went to another restaurant, across the street, because it was so loud.
I would not recommend it….

Had only been here for happy hours in the past, but enjoyed dinner here with a group on a Friday night. The Duck & Branzino were delicious and come as large portions. We did the “selection of five” under the mezze menu. They bring out the same amount of bread like you ordered one dip, and then charge you for the extra bread that is clearly needed for 5 dips, but they were all good. Has a good atmosphere for a 9-10pm Friday night dinner

Went here for a brunch with a girlfriend and it was perfect! Ordered a bunch of stuff to share and each had a glass of sparkling rosé. Made a reservation as it was pretty busy and were seated immediately. Gorgeous interior and spectacular service! Definitely would recommend.

We had the prix fixe menu. The tables were wobbly + space felt a bit tight. They served me a dairy-filled dessert twice after I told them I only wanted sorbet because I can’t have dairy, but the wait staff were very apologetic, friendly, and professional. The rest of the food and experience was very good.

Really yummy Mediterranean food! Loved the dips and entrees! I especially liked the salads. The lavender gin cocktail was amazing- I highly recommend!

Celebrated a friends birthday over brunch. The cocktails were delicious. Everything we tried was great and very tasteful. The mix mezze and the mushroom/poached egg dish is a must. The ambiance is also very nice. Would def come back

Cool decor, ambiance and music. Has a trendy vibe. The food is Mediterranean style. We opted with the starter dips and all appetizers instead of going for mains. They were all great except not a fan of the artichoke dish

Some places just know, and this is one of those places. Barbounia is amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Simply Fabulous.
Every bite of every plate was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. The octopus was perfect - you know how hard that is to do? Not rubbery, not charred, just perfect texture and food. The lamb melted on my fork. The presentation of the Lamb Khafta (tearing open the bread) was fun too.
This large airy space can be loud, but that's because the energy is high, the people are happy, the vibes are positive. This place is good and they know and you know and now everyone knows. Enjoy

Really nice restaurant with great vibe and ambient.
Some of the dishes are perfect and some other not good at all. For example, our group ordered 3 Lamb Pita and 1 Chicken Pita.
The Chicken Pita was really good but the none of the other 3 liked our Lamb Pitas. I honestly prefer the food truck lamb pita more than whatever they gave us.
They have a really good drinks as well
