I had the skirt steak churasca here and it was great. The service was very prompt and the drinks were great too. I will be back to try the pernil but the food overall is fantastic. The drink menu is really nice if you like mojito and margaritas in general.

The customer service was horrible and so were the portions. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and about 45 minutes for it to come. I was sitting outside and came in to use the bathroom was immediately questioned by the same hostess that refused to seat us at first because they needed to “reserve” for future customers. The rice was the size of my palm and the pernil was half bone and slimy. 2/10 Do better blend.

LOVE Blend… could eat here forever! My friend introduced me to Blend and I’ve been enjoying it for over a decade. Always fresh and tasty well cooked meals. They cater too. Drinks always on point.

So much to say but this feels like home. I often come on Wednesday nights and sit by the bar and get served by the bartender Bryan, he is the best. So attentive. He makes the best drinks. Thank you Bryan

Absolutely my favorite pernil anywhere. It's lean, but not too lean, and full of flavor. All the sides are excellent as well. The service is quitw friendly and very prompt. I did not feel rushed at all and was really able to enjoy my delicious meal. This was my third or forth visit amd the experience has been the same each time.

If you a looking for a dining experience that includes attentive service and your food served hot, then definitely do not go to Blend. Although we were seated quickly, given our menus, and ordered, it took 20 minutes for the waitress to bring me my coffee. Our food sat on the counter for about 15 minutes before the waitress brought it to us. The cold food was subpar. The French toast was burnt and not served with maple syrup as the menu claimed but instead with log cabin syrup. The drink order took even longer to fill then the food. I could forgive the slow service if the restaurant was full but it was nearly empty.

Drinks had me feeling good from the start. Food took a while to arrive, this review is after my 4th visit and I can honestly say it was because of the busy evening weekend crowd. Great selection of music, fun staff, and comfortable atmosphere.

We ordered bistec encebollado and seared chicken.
Good options for lunch.

This was my wife first time having Latin cuisine. (My wife is Korean so she never had a chance to try Latin food) Kayla was amazing! She recommended the popular Pallo a La Piancha which was really good and tasty! My wife and I, also had the Flan and frozen Sangria! I definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy good music, and Latin cuisine.

It was such a disappointment. I really loved Blend on the water so came with very high expectations. However to start with, it took more than 45mins to get our dishes when literally there were only two tables in the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer grilled corn, then brunch dish the egg Benedict on corn cake and French toast. Everything with corn were delicious but that is it. The rest were very poorly done.
