The food and coffee are delicious, but the service is very slow. I waited 35 minutes for my Yakisho burger to be ready and had to remind the barista that I had also ordered a coffee. I recommend this place to hang out, but not if you're trying to get something to go or are in a rush.

Our favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. The owner Mayumi and her staff are extremely friendly and fast. The coffee is well made, the pastries are fresh daily and high quality. The best part is the ambiance - we have met many of our neighbors while having our coffee seated out front. The spot is sunny in the winter and shady in the summer. Love cotton bean!

Absolutely love this place. Delicious pastries that are usually still warm if you come at opening time and some very good minimal food items. Everyone loves their coffee, unfortunately I have to stick to Green Tea right now, but their Matcha Lattes never feel like a compromise. Really nice and talented staff. Love this little neighborhood spot.

Small cute coffee shop that lets you order ahead. Great location off Nostrand. Some seating outside available. Basic menu with decent variety of food and pastries. Cappuccino was great, skip the iced matcha latte or at least try with any other milk besides whole milk. The matcha was kind of mild and massively over taken by the whole milk, felt like I was just drinking a cup of milk. Staff are very fast and welcoming.

This is my favourite coffee shop in crown heights so far. They have been doing a great service during the pandemic and it’s clear that the neighbourhood love them so there is always people waiting with their dogs to get a coffee and talking with other dog-owners. 3 great points they have:
1. Coffee is very very good.
2. Pastries are delicious (although they are usually finished by noon)
3. There’s a small front terrace where you can get your coffee while reading a book etc.

A quiet oasis! A great place to plop and read because they have no wifi ???? Good or bad? Your choice. 4 stars because I actually went to do computer work and didn't know they didn't have wifi, but will definitely be back with my book. And my cappuccino was awesome, they seem to use great quality beans!
