I ordered the salmon for date night with my boyfriend and it was phenomenal! The lemon glaze sauce was perfect. The drinks were also great. I ordered a ginger tequila drink that was very well balanced in flavor and apr. My boyfriend ordered steak and oysters which were both amazing as well. If we ever come back in the area we will pay this restaurant a visit again. We took 2 bread puddings to go that night and the next afternoon! It was that delicious.

Food was fantastic. Absolutely delicious. Ambiance was very nice.
Management was good too as my steak was undercooked twice. Management covered that part of the meal and dessert. Classy.

Greg was awesome. He carefully explained what's on the menu since this is our first time. He took care of us from start to end.To see this level of professionalism while taking care of 5 other tables is impressive. Now, food wise, there's nothing to complain. Rib eye was cooked to perfection especially the one my daughter ordered for herself. It's aged and tender. The dessert was also marvelous.

One of the best restaurants and dinners that I have had in the Brentwood area and surrounding. The design on the inside is really beautiful, open, and very well done. Suitable for any almost occasion from very formal to business casual. I dine out for food and drink exclusively and don’t really care about celebrity sightings, but we saw two very famous celebrities at different, unrelated tables tonight so it’s a very interesting, diverse, and delicious place to have a dinner. Our server Lisa did a wonderful job as well.
For my starter I chose the Grilled Artichokes, because that’s a seasonal favorite for me, and really enjoyed these and ate every bit. For my entrée I chose the Center Cut Filet Mignon 10oz and loved it. It was cooked perfectly and was warm the entire time I ate it. Finally for dessert we chose the Bourbon Croissant Bread Pudding which was deliciously sweet and a great end to the meal.
Overall a terrific dinner and I would suggest to anyone for any occasion. They also have two large private dining rooms near the kitchen so it would be great for a work function as well.

Phenomenal food and service. Even during the pandemic where most restaurant service vanished, baltaire kept up the service to top notch. Food is excellent. Great jumbo shrimp cocktail. All the meat/steaks are amazing. One of my favorite burgers as well. And the drinks are great. Whenever I make it to Brentwood I come to baltaire if I can. The front manager KC is super friendly and hospitality. Makes you feel like a regular each time you come. 10/10.
Edit: came for lunch the other day and had the Banh Mi steak sandwich. I had to give a review. This sandwich which was incredible. Lunch at baltaire is such a great menu but I hope they keep this on the menu since it’s new. It was so good!
Edit 2: back for lunch again today 7/8/22…had the crispy chicken sandwich and WOWWWW. Best. Chicken. Sandwich. Everrr. Step aside honor bar. This was legit the best chicken sandwich I’ve had.

Classy old style steak house. Nice ambiance. Hosts wear suits and/or dressed nicely. Ordered sashimi starter and wife and I decided to split the chopped salad, but they were brought out at the same time; kind of annoying. Tasted good Main, though. Main courses seemed to come pretty quickly thereafter- seemed rushed. Were done in about an hour. Food was perfect, though: great steaks , and sides. Will go back, but hope to relax a little more

We are so fortunate to have this amazing place just a few minutes away from home. When we think about celebration, Baltaire is one of our favorite places. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. The atmosphere is elegantly charming, the ambiance is lovely with soft enchanting music, the service we received is efficient and excellent, and the staff genuinely cares about our experience. They made us feel welcomed and gave us great recommendations, truly a memorable time we had here. Fantastic cocktails, delicious food, and delightful desserts. Wine menu is extensive and curated particularly high standards. I am pleased with the overall experience here, from stunning presentation, interior design of dining venue, cleanliness, to the warmth & attentiveness of the people. My partner and I love this restaurant and would be happy to come back here again and again. ???? Thank you for having us!

Love the ambience ! The food was lovely however the service was below any standard. We waited 15 minutes to get our table, can be typical for a LA restaurant but we waited another 20 minutes to get an order for a cocktail. I believe we received our bread 35 minutes later and finally our cocktail arrived. I am still trying to understand how this is a Michelin plate restaurant. I have been to many Michelin restaurants but this was very disappointing.

We spent over $7,000 in this restaurant and it was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Do not book this restaurant for private dining. If you've got a birthday, anniversary, or any type of celebration coming up and have been eyeing this restaurant for a private dining experience, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. Last month, we booked one of their dining rooms for a 25-guest dinner in celebration of a very special occasion for one of my clients. The night was booked about 4 weeks in advance. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we noticed they had only designated two servers for our entire room. We thought, "two servers for 25 people seems a bit understaffed." And we were right. We quickly noticed that the restaurant did nothing to prepare for our arrival as the kitchen staff, the serving staff, and the bartending staff were all incredibly overwhelmed. The food came out terribly late and some of the guests even complained the food had been sitting out in the kitchen, resulting in a cold meal. The drinks took forever and our two servers were running around everywhere. The dessert was the worst part. We had booked 2.5 hours at the restaurant before we had to leave for our next event. The food took so long to come out, we did not have enough time for dessert. We overstayed our reservation 30 minutes, and the dessert had still not arrived. As we were preparing to leave, the dessert finally came around and it was two sad little tarts. Guests either quickly woofed them down or left them there at their place setting. Although the two servers profusely apologized at every turn, it did not shake the fact that we had spent over $7,000 for an unprepared establishment to ruin the night. An incredible waste of money and a mistake we will never make again at Baltaire. A few days later, we called their private dinning manager who assisted us in booking, Elyse Swanson, to ask for an explanation. She said she would get back to us. We've given her several weeks and she has not. This would be a 1-star review, but the extra star comes from our very wonderful servers who did the best they could do under disappointing management.

I don’t give high praise often, but these guys killed it! They actually had the wines on the wine list. The service was outstanding. The food was amazing and fast. The scene was prime!
An all around excellent evening. Can’t wait to go back.
