Waited 30 minutes for service, after being seated. Missed my chance to eat any dinner because I could not order food, boarded the plane hungry. This business will seat every table even though they don't have the employees to support it. Do not support bad management, they charge premium prices but the service is truly one star.
Also, the old fashioned here will cost you $20, and it was the worst I've ever had. They overloaded it with orange bitters and ice. I can't believe they charged that much for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service was great. It was nice to be able to have a quiet dinner and drinks away from the business of the airport. The steak was good. ????

Wish this was a NO star rating. Was told by one of the employees that the espresso machine had maggots for a very long time. And instead of replacing the machine, they just cleaned it. If your machine is creating maggots, I think you have a faulty espresso machine AND IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Please be careful what your order here. This place is disgusting, it’s ran disgustingly. I feel terrible for the employees. Having to deal with all this and keep quiet about what goes on behind closed doors. I can’t imagine how long people were drinking heavily infused protein espresso, disgusting!!!!!! Maggots???? Is nobody maintaining these machines? I can’t help imagine what their kitchen equipment is like! Don’t order anything here, people, just stick to pre packaged food from the Grab N Go section. Shout out to the employee who broke code to tell me. I know that took a lot of courage. I hope you find a better job! You don’t deserve to be treated like this!

Wow! Terrible service. We had plenty of time to have breakfast before our flight, so we decided to go there and order something. The waitress served multiple parties who arrived after us without even looking our way. After 20 minutes we had to get her attention and she came over annoyed that we wanted to order something. We ordered drinks and food. The drinks took another 10 minutes and the food took so long that we left. The worst airport restaurant ever, what a waste of time. The servers are nasty and rude. I can't speak to the food quality because I didn't have 4 hours to wait for it. Avoid at all costs.

Burgers all around, and I must say, it was far from fail. This place has a nice setting and we were in a rush to catch a flight. The Ethiopian waitress was wonderful, she took care of our table of 6 and was very precise in order taking and presenting the food. Definitely recommend it.

Best place to sit and get a meal and/or a drink before your flight. Nice atmosphere and music selection.
Full bar (the mojito actually has a lot of fresh mint ????).
The burger was made to order.
The pickle was crunchy.
The fries are crisp.
The modelo came very cold with a lime.
Overall a good place. (Only 4 stars because the prices are high…. but, it is worth it if you have a long wait for your flight to have a nice place to relax.

They serve a local craft beer in a large 20oz glass and I was asked if I wanted to add a shot of whiskey for $6 (a boilermaker) and since I was stuck in LAX for 5 hours I thought I might as well, so I got some Buffalo Trace. The bartenders were nice and took my order without making me use a tablet and ran a tab without asking for a card in advance. The burgers are cooked to order and I enjoyed my food. Sitting at the bar I was able to have a good conversation so it made my layover more bearable.

Fast service! Had a great time, my server was a short African-American woman with round-rimmed glasses - made my trip go from stressful to laid back. Even though it was busy, staff seemed not to be in the weeds but on top of everything. Great work BGrill!

Decent for airport food standards. I don't know why the only restaurants they have in Terminal 7/United is burger joints, but at least this one is the best out of them all. I ordered the wrap and my husband got a chicken sandwich. They were decent and filling. The alcoholic drinks were okay - bloody mary and a mimosa. They upsell you on the fresh-squeezed orange juice so I just ordered a regular, and I think they still put in fresh-squeezed orange juice. Don't fall for the more expensive one!
