Placed an order online. Went to pick it up, was informed they were out of one of the items, otherwise my order was complete, cooked and ready to go. Okay, fine. Replace the out of stock item with something else. I was asked to pull around and they'd bring out my order. I waited an additional 20 minutes, with none of my prepared food, when I eventually called and asked about my order and they brought it right out. All of our food was cold, french fries were soggy, as well as the cheese balls they had just prepared for us. I also had to pull back around to the drive thru as they did not give my sauces I paid extra for. Would not recommend for anytime after 6:30. Sloppy sloppy work. Very disappointed ???? my two children even complained about their food. And they are not normally complainers.

If no stars was an option..waited 30 minutes for 1 burger and drink, bacon burned and nasty lettuce, only could eat the small patty. Waited 30 minutes for the worst burger I ever had. Don't waste your time here.

I stop almost everytime I'm in Caney.
Every time the owner thinks it's time to retire the community petitions her to stay open .

Three separate times going to this place, my order was wrong and not nearly worth the price you pay, ordered mozz sticks, only got 4 that were undercooked. Burger is the best thing they have but even they are mediocre. I’m a man who enjoys good food and this place doesnt have it, avoid at all costs

Fab-u-lous!! Order correct, hot, and filled me up. the employees are worth the visit. Definitely stop here while in Caney Kansas.

Placed my order online and they showed my order would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. I pulled in after 25 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. I thought it was expensive at over $30 for 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and 2 orders of onion rings. On the web you can order the rings "soft" or "crispy". I left the selection blank thinking I would get medium. Well I got burnt rings that we couldn't even eat. The burgers were good but not at $15 bucks each since the rings were trash.
I won't be going back. They made Sonic seem delicious.
