My girlfriend and came here to celebrate getting new jobs. Excellent choice. The staff out friendly, respectable, professional. The atmosphere is on point good music, good lighting. The food is great. If you like white wine try the Riesling. I had the steak salad. Very nice.

I have eaten here multiple times. The food is always delicious. The service is impeccable. I can’t say enough nice things about how wonderful this restaurant is. When your dining inside the music is fabulous, the atmosphere is amazing. The decor is beautiful. It’s elegant while still comfortable. This is my go to whenever am in the neighborhood for a show or any other reason. It’s a destination all on its own as well.

Sausage and Peppers are fantastic. They bask in a cayenne pepper sauce. The pasta is good and the filet migon is very tender and tasty. Worth a try if your in the area.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious. My friend and I both got the filet and lobster and both were perfectly prepared and very flavorful. Our server was attentive and friendly. We were both surprised that it wasn’t busier than it was. Perfect location for before or after a show at CIBC.

Just happened by this place for a lunch escape from my conference and I was definitely not disappointed. The prime rib sandwich was absolutely amazing and the service was stellar as well. Definitely a must visit for lunch!

Reservations are a must and I highly recommend going in no later than 530 if you want a more calmer vibe.
This place is more "upscale" than "high end" and it fits perfectly in that mold. We're in Chicago, we're across from the CIBC theater, it's not going to be amazing but it's going to be great.
We arrived at 5 for our 515 reservation and they sat us immediately, the place was Stonegate empty and it was nice. The server was great but I could tell by 6-630, the place absolutely filled up and so the server wasn't as around toward the later half of our meal so our next order of drinks took a bit longer to get to us (unsure if the waiter or if it's the bartender being backed up).
Our steaks were all cooked perfectly, the lobster was also perfect.
Dessert is exactly what I expected for this kind of restaurant - nothing fancy, the usual - floyrless chocolate cake, cheesecake, sorbet, tres leches cake, etc.
It was a good time and as long as you go in expecting more of a "upscale hotel restaurant" vibe and not a "5 star high end" vibe, you won't be disappointed! But the dinner rush at 6 or so can get things backed up!

Shrimp skewer appetizer was great However my 22oz ribeye steak and giant loaded baked potato was over cooked I had to ask for another steak on Valentine’s Day. Definitely won’t b returning atmosphere is nice but there are much more better steak places in the neighborhood that I’ve been to that’s way better than this place . Macaroni and cheese is a no go please don’t order that .

We had a wonderful dinner with friends! Great/fun service from Charlie and the food (oysters, steaks, sides, dessert) was delicious. It's a pretty penny, but I recommend celebrating a birthday/anniversary here. Directly across the street from the CIBC, so very ideal before a show!
