I was in the Chicago location on 1nDearbourn.Entering the location I could see it was not very clean. I was asked what was my order. I wanted a Steak burrito. The lady started to put Steak on the wrap a Manager walked over and said Save the Steak for the on line order! I was out done. I have been in the location servaltimes and service has been really falling off. I feel that I should have a apology. I just walked out and went to Chipotle and had wonderful service and my Steak burrito. Never to return to your business

The food itself is great, but the quality of service has nosedived within the last year. I used to receive a full bowl from this place every time, and on time. Now, you get maybe 50% less food than before while still paying $13 for the bowl. They also never have the food ready for pickup.

This place is really tasty and I eat here almost weekly. However, I got a little something extra in my burrito today that needed sharing. There was a produce label still on a bell pepper slice. Quality control needs to go up!

I was excited to try this place after following them on instagram for years. My burrito was small and dry. Extremely disappointed. I even had salsa added to it. I’d rather go to Chipotle and get a juicier and bigger burrito.

Awful food. The tacos and bowls were bland. Chips were burnt. Salsa tasted like the aftermath of digesting a chipotle burrito. Do not recommend.

Don't bother to put in an online order! We placed an order online and received a message stating it was ready for pick up.... We got there and found nothing!!
The line was ridiculous just to talk to someone!
AND!! we get to the counter to let them know about our order... minutes later they tell us they have no steak, NO STEAK!! After we paid and waited. If there was an option for zero stars, I would've rated it as such.

This place is phenomenal! Burritos are WAY better than Chipotle, ingredients are delicious. When I’m downtown I go here multiple times per week for lunch. Love that you can add chips to burrito for extra crunch. Great sauces too.

Went here for the $5 burrito special. I ordered ahead but it still took 45 mins for 1 burrito. The place was a madhouse and the girl passing out the orders had a bad attitude. Idk how many more chances I can give this place

I’m really glad this my favorite Mexican chain was finally reopened!
Since I lived in NY whenever I feel like eating Mexican this wpchain was my no1 choice.
So saddened for the long temporary closure of all locations but once it’s opened their business again I’d shop my lunch a lot from here whenever I feel like eating Mexican!

I came here opening day and stood in line for over an hour. Everyone was harried, but friendly, and while I guess they are known for their burritos, I got a bowl. Honestly, I was underwhelmed by the flavors, and ultimately I decided that for the price I'd stick with chipotle. I understand many of the reviews compare the two restaurants, and honestly I can't tell what sets this one apart.
