Literally some of the BEST tacos I’ve ever had! I always get the steak tacos with cilantro and onion with the green sauce (medium) and it’s perfect! They also have pretty good catering service as well! Definitely recommend!

My favorite Mexican spot in Chicago! They are basically a Chipotle with real flavor. By that I mean they use high quality ingredients (which I definitely appreciate as most Mexican spots use cheap meats and old veggies) but their food is well seasoned and I love the charcoal flair that makes the meat extra savory.

After years of being a loyal customer, I’m out. Not only did they not give me a burrito and corn with my order, they gave me massive attitude when I opened the bag in front of them and pointed out the missing items. It felt purposeful that my order was not complete. Icing on the cake, the burrito is now a glorified taco. The portion was at least halved. I’ve never minded paying their ridiculous prices because the food was excellent and well portioned. Not anymore. Last time I ever ever patronize them.

The elotes was just cheese and mayo soup and the burrito bowl was pretty basic.For the wait and "rave reviews" you'd think the meal will be worth it. It wasn't. This was a one and done for me. I'm a vegetarian so I guess this place relies on the meat to carry the dish because what I had was alright at best.

The smell and food was incredible. I got the steak burrito and my mom got the chicken fajita. They were both full with meat and tasted absolutely incredible. The price was also incredibly cheap for the food.

It wasn't the best... the chicken burrito was too sweet for my taste, it's missing salt and spice, taste kinda like Chipotle and the fish taco was very dry and no flavor,antique taco is better for fish tacos.... it's not bad being honest but its not the best and the hype is too much. Doesn't taste authentic Mexican ???? it's ok but not omg like they make it seem

Great flavors and value! I always enjoy their burritos, especially the Mother Clucker and the Steak Fajita. I ordered a large order recently for an event and everything was organized and wrapped perfectly. Great work, highly recommend

Service was horrible and the food was SO GENERIC !!!
The girl was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to serve the 3 people inside.
She didn't even acknowledge me for about 10 minutes until I asked if I could place an order.
I ordered 2 fish tacos. Asked if I could get it with a little cabbage and extra lime sauce.
It was just the piece of fish and a few pieces of cabbage and dry.
I also ordered 4 steak tacos with lettuce, tomato, cheese and cilantro.
I wound up with just the little bit of steak meat and cilantro and it was also dry!
Granted, each of these tacos were about $4.70 EACH!!!
I had a craving for these tacos and was SO DISAPPOINTED!
It didn't taste ANYTHING like it did 4 yrs ago!
My order came out to be approximately $40 with a tiny piece of key lime pie and a small elotes.
To think I was nice enough to give her a $5 tip for a CARRYOUT order.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize how horrible the food was until I got it home and opened everything up.
Otherwise I would've DEMANDED a refund !!!

I get a Grubhub delivery order from my employer, today I chose Carbon. I ordered the Tortilla encrusted COD Salad Bowl.
It came in a very good box which kept it in one piece.
It was very tasty, and prepared the way I asked.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

A bit dilapidated looking on the outside.Located under the expressway.But just adds to the authentic street food environment.The food is good.Service could use improvement.Cashier was unfamiliar with Apple Pay.Parking is easy.
Has outdoor seating.
