Tacos were SO good. They came out fast too. The service was great especially bc we had a large party. Ryan W at the Lake St location was super friendly and helpful.

Such a beautiful place. Awesome vibes and music. Tacos are bomb! Definitely worth it. The Cod tacos are the best. Staff is super friendly, tough our server was very slow and too distracted. They sat us right away, but they were a bit busy. Outdoor seating looked nice too. Totally recommend.

Authentic food and good drinks. Small menu, but food was amazingly good. We sat in the outside seating area on the sidewalk. It was fun to be amount the crowd and traffic surprisingly. Just a fun place! Their food is decently priced, but the drinks are expensive and small for the price. Would go for the food again and not the drinks.

Broken English Taco Pub on Lake Street offers a focused menu with high quality food and great service. The distinctive decor provides a unique dining experience. We enjoyed dining outside at the sidewalk tables. Inside can trend a bit loud. Service attentive and prompt even outside.

Came here after a long HOT work day in 97 degree weather pleasantly surprised by the level of AC pumping! Cocktails were amazing and the nachos were enormous! Great bang for your buck with great quality. Kayla was the bartender and she was awesome! Super pleasant and steered us in the right direction for both food and drink. Will definitely be back soon!

Quick drink and a merienda after a walk through Grant and Millennium Parks. Nachos were good and the right size for three to share. Paloma was well made. Beer was cold. Would return.

Ordered margarita and tacos, both were perfect. I like the unique paintings and interior inside. Staff also kind and quick service. Went here during weekend and it quite full inside.

This is one of my favorite taco places, they are authentic and delicious! If you like Mexican spirits then this is the place for you too! They have super refreshing cocktails, and if you are more adventurous the Pyro Passion is fire, literally! I plan to visit Broken English every time I am in the city!

The atmosphere is nice but not ideal if you're looking to best the heat as they didn't have the AC on. My biggest complaint is I had no idea their tacos were flat mini street tacos. $8 for 2 not worth it. And they sent our food out on a single plate.

The best. How is this not 5 stars? This place is great.. Every. Single. Time. My constant go-to when downtown. Very cool decor. And kickass margaritas. 5 gold stars from Evey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
