Excellent Breakfast Burrito. Amazing flavor, definitely filling. There’s no, I just ate a whole greasy burrito feeling here. The ingredients, clean and light. I’ll definitely be back for more. Thanks for making my morning Spring St. Cafe!
Steak sandwich was all fat: disgusting. Chocolate chip cookie was stale. Got the impression the people serving it didn’t care. Won't return.

The restaurant is in a great building above the Last Bookstore (but you enter around the corner). The breakfast menu is typical and tastily prepared. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Coffee is la Colombe is anyone was wondering, so it's going to be as good as that coffee is. The customer service was meh, too. Don't think I'd be back. Spring For Coffee is right down the street. ????????

Very nice breakfast place. Free wifi. Very clean and very nifty environment. Breakfast was very straight forward; eggs scrambled (so good!), sour dough bread, potatoes, bacon (very slim); Americano coffee.

An oasis in the middle of Downtown LA. Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets. Great vibe with nice views and large bright windows. The menu is fresh and clean and has so much to offer. My favorites are the breakfast burrito, chicken pesto panini, and the salmon is delicious. Hard to find a spot like this in all of Los Angeles. I order when I am at work Downtown. Wish they had a location closer to where I lived that way I would never have to cook!!!

What a great little cafe! Vacationing from Texas and love to eat local. This was the most pleasant cafe I’ve stumbled upon. Their coffee was so yummy and they were very pleasant to deal with. Enjoyed every bit.

Definitely a hidden gem. I had the breakfast burrito w/o meat and it was perfect. Just the right amount of spice and the salsa on the side was on point.
On the 9th floor.

Found this little cafe randomly as I walked by and decided to stop for a drink. I was hoping they would have a bagel with salmon and cream cheese. My good fortune, they had it as a menu item. Got iced coffee and a bagel, both were tasty. Nice view of the street below. Nice atmosphere and very relaxing vibe. Would recommended.

My new go-to spot for breakfast and lunch! I highly recommend Spring St Cafe! The food is so fresh. The menu is everything you'd want with consistent classics (burritos, salads and sandwiches which I definitely recommend), and it also gets updated with seasonal items which is nice as you can switch up your meal and never get bored. It is easy to get to on the 9th floor and is unique to the area. Also, the owner is so nice and professional! I had a great experience and can't wait to go back.
