All of the food they had a very garlicky taste which is my favorite! The parking lot is behind of the building and they charged me one dollar. I am a big fan of their kimchi more than the main dish I had in here, spicy noodle soup has a rich flavored and it’s a big size so I kinda hard to finish the soup myself.

Took my kids here as their very first k-town meal. It was empty when we went so I didn’t know what to think. However, the food here is excellent. Highly recommend the steamed dumplings and noodles which my kids devoured. It’s nothing fancy but service was great. Also parking is a lot easier here versus other popular k-town spots.

Dumplings were juicy and delicious. The soy bean cold noodles were tasteless though. And the hot knife cut noodles weren't handcrafted, and didn't contain the burnt onion hints that the Korea outlet had. Still, it was comforting to eat it on a cold night!

MDK is a consistently solid restaurant that has been my go-to noodle spot for a few years. highly recommend the chicken kalguksu (a life changing broth i swear) and the bibim kalguksu (a great, spicy, saucy cold noodle for a summer day). their kimchi is my favorite of all the kimchi ive eaten in my life lol super garlicky (if you’re into that). hefty portions that justify the price easily for me!

Got the spicy green cold noodles and it was good and refreshing. It had a lot of spice tho!

It was perfect with the dumplings. Got the pork, shrimp and pork, and the fried dumplings as well.

Gotta try them out for fresh food and good choices from hot soup to refreshing soup.

Parking is ample as they have their own lot. Food was incredible. The Kim Chee that was given was perfect.

The KalGukSu is amazing just as I remembered it. I don't know what they do to make the noodles so silky smooth but no where else will you be able to taste it as such. And yes, the Mandu also was still hand-made and delicious. My mouth waters even just thinking about MDK!

Wow, what more can be said here. It is all about the KalGukSu and Mandu. That's all. All you have to order and taste. The chicken noodle soup is out of this world. The noodle is springy and soft. The dumplings are divine with fresh meat and vegetables. This is a simple place. Focused and simple. Hence super fast food delivery. The interior and atmosphere is not the reason why you go here. You go here to taste one of the best noodle soups in LA.

There is a $1 parking lot down the block. The kimchi is sooo garlicky and delicious! I know a lot of people can finish a bowl of kalguksu by themselves, but if you pair with an order of mandu, it’s a perfect size for sharing.

Went here after seeing the reviews. I actually give this place a 3.5 stars, but rounded up because I like to help restaurants vs bring them down with the tough environment due to Covid. Noodles were not the traditional hand cut that I’m use to. True hand cut should not be uniform and thickness should vary. These were over cooked and seemed like very basic store bought. I’m sure it’s homemade and done through a machine though. My favorite for Kalgooksu is Hangari, just my opinion. Overall the place is clean, flavor and noodle texture were just OK. Dumplings were good.

ATTN ALL GARLIC LOVERS:
If you love the intense flavors of garlic as much as I do, you're going to love this noodle joint.
As soon as you sit down, a server will bring you two kinds of kimchi. For the time being, ignore the white colored kimchi and focus on the red one, because this is where happiness is stored. This red kimchi has so much garlic, so much flavor, that I couldn't help but smile with each bite. I had already finished a serving king kimchi by the time our food had come out, but it's a good thing that they offer refills. Enough about the kimchi though.

The chicken kalguksu is always solid and is definitely one of the best in Ktown. It's unique in that the broth is chicken based, but there are no pieces of chicken in it. Instead, it comes with a few mini dumplings and ground pork, but despite this, I would prefer this dish over the kalguksu at Hangari.

The steamed dumplings are also a must have. The wrapping is extremely thin and each dumpling is STUFFED with fillings. It is best eaten while still hot and steaming.

There is only street/metered parking. Parking shouldn't be difficult if you come around 6pm, but by the time 7 or 8pm rolls around, parking could get difficult.
