Been a a local for over 20 years the quality of the service especially is poor. The warm food is going to be under proportioned so don’t expect big proportions for the price you pay. I asked for alittle mojo on I rice she said they have to charge for that I said how much and she said she would charge me the same as getting a small
Containers worth.
The food is not being cooked by Cubans . These are just random cooks , so don’t expect the best quality Cuba cuisine. I am Cuban btw . The only good reason to go here is for hard to find or rare, specific Cuban food or food products already prepackaged. Cuban bread , Plaintain chips , Cuban soda drinks, things of that sort .

I am Cuban, so I am an expert on Cuban food. This bakery has better baked goods, then the famous Porto's bakery. Bread, guava and cheese pastries, etc. The bakery also has authentic Cuban food. Sandwiches, Ropa vieja, dirty rice, yuca, etc. The only items the owners don't bake are the glory bread. The store has changed owners many times and now the owners are not even Cuban, but Puerto Rican. I guess that is why the beef filled pastries are the only item that is not up to par. It's made with Puerto Rican ingredients, spices basically used in Puerto Rican dishes.

I came across this place as i was charing my Tesla across the street. I have been to this place at least 1 time a week, somtimes 2. Its a spot that sells cuban food. The food is not that bad. Sometimes not cooked all the way, but still good. One thing I have noticed is that people cut in line. If you are cuban or puerto rican you are ok. Me being mexican I get treated diffrently. I am made to wait till everyone is helped. Even if i take a number they will skip me . I have seen other people walk out because of this. Cuban and Puerto Ricans this is an ok spot. Everyone else stay away. it's not worth being treated like a second class citizen.

I ordered the ox tail, two medianoches, beef stew and yucca. To save time, I ordered the items over the phone, but the majority of the order was incorrect. Thankfully, I had the time to make the amendments, but I wish the menu was more available online to avoid future confusion. The food was delicious and quite filling. It fed 4 adults with ease. This is REAL Cuban food, which I can't wait to have again.

This place has a small cuban buffet. You can eat there or take food home. For $10.50 you get your pick at rice or congri a protein and either plantains or feied yuca. Food is good. Great little spot. Worth a try when you want some cuban or central American style meal

Delicious Cuban food for a decent price. Wish I could have tried more but the line was long. Next time though!
